$200 sign-on incentive to be paid after 60 days!Prepare fresh ingredients for daily meal service, including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling food itemsFollow recipes, production sheets, and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and qualityAssist cooks with meal preparation for large groups of campers and staffSet up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all timesProperly store, label, and rotate food products following food safety standardsAssist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory as neededSupport meal service by replenishing food and helping with light serving duties when necessaryFollow all HACCP, food safety, and sanitation proceduresWork as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy summer camp environmentHelp with kitchen cleanup, dishwashing, and closing duties as assignedBring a positive attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever neededSchedule:We are open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM- 8:00 PM and try to create a schedule that works for everyone.Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
