Position Overview:
- Manage routine health needs for campers aged 7–15, including treatment of minor injuries (e.g., scrapes, bruises) and common health concerns.
- Administer and monitor medications during scheduled times, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with an on-site physician and nursing team to deliver quality care across rotating shifts, including occasional overnight coverage.
- Maintain accurate medical records and daily logs using camp-specific electronic charting software (Campminder).
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Prior experience in pediatrics or school nursing (Required)
