The Summer Camp Youth Program Instructor is a temporary full-time role in Chicago, IL, offering $20.00–$24.00/hr from June 8 to August 14, 2026.
They will work closely with Program Managers to mentor youth aged 14–18, deliver bike repair and STEAM lessons, and support daily camp operations.
Ideal candidates are passionate about mentorship, cycling advocacy, and hands-on education, with 1–2 years of youth experience, basic bicycle maintenance skills, and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities include co-leading instruction, facilitating activities, managing program logistics, maintaining spaces and equipment, and capturing documentation.
Qualifications include physical stamina, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and passing a background check.
