Summer Helper Position

We are looking for motivated summer helpers to support our trained operators with tasks such as packaging, cutting cores, and preparing materials. This role involves physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist trained operators with day-to-day extrusion tasks
• Package finished products
• Cut cores and prepare materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Recent high school graduates or current college students encouraged to apply
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Hygiene / Dress Code

• Hair, beards, and mustaches covered; wear face shields
• No shorts, skirts, capris, sandals, or open-toe shoes
• Must wear steel or composite toe shoes
• No loose strings, hoods, or jewelry
• No fake nails, polish, eyelashes, or tobacco use

Shifts & Pay Rates

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $18.00 / hour
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18.
