Summer Intern - Delivery Stream

About the role:

As an Engineering intern, you will support the APX Supply Chain organization in the execution and delivery of AP1000 nuclear plant equipment and components.

You will report to the Delivery Stream Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering and supply chain teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
• Help with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking related to suppliers, projects, schedules, and operational metrics
• Help analyze technical, quality, operational, or performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, presentations, and process records
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Supplier Performance, Logistics, and Project Management teams
• Help with issue identification, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement projects
• Learn and apply applicable nuclear quality, safety, compliance, and business process requirements

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in engineering
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Willingness to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
