As a Front Desk Receptionist Summer Intern you will gain valuable experience in providing customer-facing engagement with candidates, customers, guests, and executives for a company that produces high-strength structural components used in aerospace applications worldwide which will aid in directing your future decisions regarding potential career pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Portray a professional impression
  • Represent company with a positive, friendly attitude (both over the phone and in person) and possess a professional appearance
  • Operate telephone system to answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate destination
  • Receive outside visitor and vendors
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist Business Group by providing administrative support as needed
  • Scan and file production and sales documentation
  • Maintain all office supplies for office and manage replenishment orders as necessary
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality in all matters
  • Promote and practice workplace safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College age
  • At Least 18 years old

Safety Commitment

All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Employees must understand the PPE and wear it properly.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS
