POSITION SUMMARY
FS-ISAC's membership spans more than 70 countries and includes banks, credit unions, insurance companies, exchanges, and payment processors collectively representing $100 trillion in assets. This internship will offer direct exposure to the strategy and operations behind how FS-ISAC engages, retains, and grows its global community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support member engagement efforts, including outreach, tracking, and follow-up for small and mid-sized member institutions
- Analyze member data in Salesforce to identify trends, engagement patterns, and areas for improvement
- Assist with research and analysis supporting partnership development and strategic relationship initiatives
- Contribute to internal reporting and documentation that helps the Membership team make data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, events, and intelligence on member-facing priorities
- Present work and findings to senior leadership at the end of the program
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a rising junior or senior currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, with a concentration in business, economics, international affairs, public policy or a closely related discipline
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in translating data into clear recommendations
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Interest in financial services, nonprofit membership organizations, or strategic partnerships
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a hybrid internship. The intern must report to Reston, VA office two days per week.
