Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various tasks and projects across different departments (Underwriting, Claims, Safety, etc.).
- Shadow team members to gain a deeper understanding of day-to-day operations in each department.
- Conduct research and analysis to support department-specific initiatives.
- Help prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of process improvements and recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to department goals.
- Take part in company-wide events and training sessions to enhance your learning experience.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Must be on track to graduate in Summer 2025 or later.
