Job Title: Summer Intern
Position Type: Part-time, Temporary
Duration: 6-week period
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $20.00
Job Description: As a Summer Intern at Sun River Health, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the health center while gaining valuable experience in a challenging and informative environment. You will work closely with various departments, including Operations, Administration, Community Engagement and more, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing Sun River Health''s digital presence and customer engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and strategies.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a high school, GED program or college or university program, preferably in a related field such as public health, business, etc.
- Strong interest in community health and public health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
