Attend daily Scrum/stand-up meetings with the Scrum Master and development team to provide updates on completed work, current tasks, and any blockers or issues.
Review and understand assigned user stories, tasks, enhancement requests, and bug tickets within the sprint board.
Ask questions and seek clarification from the person who assigned the ticket whenever requirements, functionality, or expected behavior are unclear.
Execute functional testing on assigned features, applications, and workflows to ensure requirements are working as expected.
Validate application behavior by testing different user scenarios, workflows, and edge cases.
Identify, document, and report defects/issues found during testing.
Create detailed bug tickets that include:
Retest resolved defects and verify fixes before closing tickets.
Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to communicate testing results and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, results, and assigned work items.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
