Overview:

Fleet Feet is looking for motivated, curious, and collaborative students to join our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program. This program is designed for rising juniors and seniors who are eager to gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities after graduation.

 

As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that contribute to real business initiatives. Throughout the summer, you'll receive mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to leaders across the organization.

Our goal is to provide an exceptional internship experience while building relationships with students who may become future full-time members of our team.

 

What You Can Expect

• Hands-on experience working on meaningful projects
• Mentorship, coaching, and ongoing feedback throughout the summer
• A comprehensive understanding of the retail industry and the skills necessary for success.
• Presentation and effective communication skills.
• Networking opportunities with Fleet Feet leaders, interns, peers and cross-functional teams
• Remote work with two trips to our Headquarters in Carrboro, North Carolina (hybrid options available for local interns)

• Available full-time (40 hours per week) for the full 10 weeks.
