Program Overview:
Our Summer Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, contributing to meaningful projects that impact our operations and sustainability efforts.
Program Dates:
June – August 2026 (Exact dates flexible based on academic calendar)
Departments & Opportunities:
- Supply Chain
- Assist with demand planning, inventory control, and procurement processes
- Support logistics and transportation planning initiatives
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for efficiency improvement
- Paper Manufacturing/Converting
- Gain exposure to papermaking processes and production workflows
- Collaborate with operations teams on process improvements
- Collect and analyze production data to support quality and efficiency projects
- Information Technology (IT)
- Assist in support services for hardware, software, and network systems
- Work on IT projects such as system upgrades or cybersecurity improvements
- Analyze user feedback to improve tech tools and internal systems
- Graphic Design
- Hands on production design support with a focus on technical accuracy, brand consistency, and file preparation
- Product and market research
- File management & quality control
- Act as creative support for the design team
- Marketing
- Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Human Resources
- Support with HR related projects
- Assist in translating and standardizing current HR policies for global application
- Gain exposure to international business and employment law practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred)
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
- Passion for sustainability and innovation
