Our West Boise YMCA is seeking Summer Lifeguards for the upcoming season! Our Lifeguards are responsible for creating a safe environment for aquatics participants and serving as First Responder in emergency situations.
Applicants, ages 16+, can enroll in a YMCA Lifeguard certification course. We teach Basic Life Support, Adult First Aid, Pediatric First Aid, and Emergency Use of Medical Oxygen during the course.
Schedule:
Full Time Shifts OR Part Time Shifts, 30-35 hours weekly between the hours of 5:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday and Weekends. Pay: $13.85/hr. Additional $2.50/hr. Differential for Summer May 7th- Sept 6th or $16.35/hour. An additional $2.19/hr. for shifts between 5am and 9am.
