ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Volunteer Marketing Coordinator, you'll help Urgent 365 amplify its mission and reach more young people who need us. This is a focused, 5-hour-per-week role designed around your time — you'll have clear priorities, not an endless to-do list.
Weekly Core Tasks (approx. 4 hrs/week)
- Schedule 2–3 social media posts per week (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn) that reflect our programs, youth stories, and upcoming events
- Draft short-form content — captions, blurbs, or email copy — as needed for campaigns or announcements
- Maintain a simple content calendar to keep messaging consistent and timely
Bi-weekly Check-In Meetings (approx. 1 hr)
- Review basic engagement metrics and share a brief summary with leadership (what's working, what to adjust)
- Propose one content theme or campaign idea per month aligned with our programming calendar
- Connect on upcoming post needs for the next 2-week stretch
