Summary:
We are seeking an intern who will support various marketing initiatives within the organization and gain hands-on experience in the field. This position offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Creating social media content design, strategy, and scheduling.
- Assisting in community outreach research for pricing and information on sponsorship and advertisement opportunities.
- Email marketing support to promote conference presence, sponsored events, etc.
- Assisting with photography for events, products, and corporate initiatives.
- Conducting corporate marketing material research and procurement recommendations.
- Support departmental projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and any other ad hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
- Attend various marketing meetings and provide feedback on projects and initiatives.
- Gain practical experience in areas related to marketing and public relations.
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world situations.
- Offer creative ideas and suggestions for improving processes and workflows.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
