As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for
- Mow, edge, weed, trim shrubs, and help maintain landscaping throughout apartment communities
- Assist with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal
- Sweep, clean, and disinfect vacant units to prepare them for new residents
- Support apartment muck outs and help prepare units for turnover
- Paint apartments and touch up common areas as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude
- Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful, but not required)
