Summer Operations Assistant
Tem-Tech is looking for a dependable, hardworking high school student who wants to gain real-world work experience. This position provides opportunities to learn about business operations while helping with facility maintenance, inventory, organization, and supporting various departments.
No previous experience is required - were looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities
Facility & Grounds
Mow and trim the company lawn. Keep the ship, warehouse, and office areas clean and organized.
Inventory & Organization
Organize warehouse inventory. Stock shelves and storage areas. Count inventory and assist with inventory audits. Label and organize parts and supplies. Help keep tools and equipment in their proper locations.
General Support
Deliver parts and supplies throughout the departments. Run local errands as assigned. Assist employees with basic tasks while learning new skills. Perform miscellaneous projects assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old. Currently enrolled in high school. Valid drivers license with a clan driving record preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Schedule
