POSITION: Summer Program Teachers (up to 4 teachers as needed) (K-5th Grade) CONTRACT: Monday-Friday Effective June 15th-July 10, 2026 (Excluding June 19 & July 3, 2026) Work Hours 11:30 am-3:30 pm (planning included in this daily timeframe) QUALIFICATIONS: WV Teaching Certification, Elementary K-6 Ability to analyze student data in order to develop an individualized and/or group instructional units Effective behavior management skills Preference given to teachers with grade level experience Preference given to teachers with intervention experience Preference given to teachers with prior summer program experience Preference given to teachers with iReady experience Preference given to teachers with CKLA experience DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To plan, pre-test, post-test, implement and assess summer programs for students in grades K-4 at Wirt County Primary Center. Must maintain student data including but not limited to pre-test, post-test, progress, and attendance data.
