Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field; Illinois teaching certification preferred or equivalent.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid Special Education (LBS1) certification or provisional certification as per state guidelines.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in classroom settings.
• Other Requirements: Strong communication and classroom management skills, ability to work part-time (18 hours/week), must pass background checks, and be comfortable working in school settings with diverse student populations.
