Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • CertificationsRequirements: Active MA SLP License
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP
  • OtherRequirements: School-based caseload experience preferred; ability to provide speech therapy services for elementary/middle school and/or preschool populations; must be able to manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 students (and/or preschool caseload of approximately 18 students) as assigned; ready to cover program coverage gaps (July 13-23rd, Mon-Thurs, 9am-12pm) as needed; collaborate with teachers and track student progress; ability to develop/implement individualized speech/language treatment plans and conduct assessments as required; comfortable working in a multidisciplinary school setting; punctual and dependable for Mon–Thurs daytime schedules; reliable transportation for local contract assignments.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services during ESY/summer school programming for assigned caseloads (elementary, middle school, and/or preschool as scheduled).
  • Deliver speech therapy sessions according to assigned schedules (Mon–Thurs, with assigned time blocks such as 8:30-11:30 and/or 9am-12pm, including coverage gaps as needed).
  • Maintain and support student goals by implementing individualized speech/language treatment plans and tracking student progress.
  • Collaborate with school staff (teachers and related personnel) to support student outcomes and ensure therapy services align with school needs.
  • Prepare required documentation to reflect services provided, progress updates, and any clinical/educational reporting requirements for the program.
