This position does not constitute full-time employment with District 189 for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a seasonal position only.
Requirements:
- Illinois Teaching License with endorsement in Early Childhood
- Trained in ASQ assessment tool.
- Highly Qualified in Self-Contained age 0-3rd grade
- Satisfactory Evaluation for the past two years
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current instructional and curricular methodologies
- Average Daily Attendance of greater than 93% of a regular school term
- Evidence of current professional development
- Must not exceed 6% salary cap
- District 189 Teaching staff have selection priority as described in Article XVII of 1220 Agreement.
