Position Summary As a Aquatics Swim Administrator, you will offer high quality customer service by engaging and building solid relationships with all members and guests. You will help members with account maintenance and have a large understanding of Life Time Swim products and services. You will anticipate the needs and interests of members and promote and sell programs, products and services.Job Duties And Responsibilities Processes all member paperwork including registrations, cancellations, confirmation e-mails, and filingResponds to all member needs and requestsInitiates and maintains positive relationships with all members and guestsPromotes all Life Time programs, products, and servicesPosition Requirements High School Diploma or GED1 year of Customer Service experienceLicenses / Certifications / Registrations Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED certified (completed within 60 days)First Aid certified (completed within 60 days)Preferred Requirements Swim Lesson Instructor or Coaching experience1 year of experience in a sales or retail related positionLife Time is a place for everyone.
