Summer Tent & Event Setup Crew

Paw Paw Rentals is looking for dependable, hard-working team members to help with summer tent and event setup. This is a great seasonal job for high school students, college students, or anyone looking for active outdoor work during the summer.

In this role, you’ll help deliver and set up tents, tables, and chairs for parties, weddings, and events throughout the area. This is hands-on work that requires a good attitude, reliability, and the ability to solve problems on the spot when things do not go as planned.

What You’ll Do

• Help deliver tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment
• Assist with tent setup and teardown
• Load, unload, carry, and organize rental equipment
• Work as part of a crew on event sites
• Make sure equipment is set up safely and correctly
• Help keep jobs moving efficiently and professionally
• Problem solve on-site when issues come up

Schedule

• Seasonal position running roughly mid-May through mid-August
• Dates are somewhat flexible for the right candidate
• Must be available for 8-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Must also have some intermittent Saturday morning availability
• Some days may run longer and some may be shorter depending on the job
