We’re hiring Summer Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and field teams during our busiest season. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll help deliver materials, support technicians, and keep operations running smoothly.This is a seasonal position for the summer months, with the potential to explore future opportunities with Paschal for high-performing individuals.What You’ll Do
Deliver parts and materials to job sites
Load/unload HVAC equipment and supplies
Support warehouse organization and operations
Operate company vehicles safely
Follow safety guidelines and team processes
What We’re Looking For
18+ with a valid driver’s license (required)
Reliable with strong attendance
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in heat/cold
Team player with a good attitude
Willing to learn and work hard
Schedule
Full-time, seasonal (summer only)
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays (every 5th week)
