Job Title: Sunflower Elevator Operator
Location: Crookston, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift Available | Monday–Thursday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time
About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sunflower Elevator Operators for a food/ag production company in Crookston, MN. In this role, you’ll support daily production operations, help keep equipment running efficiently, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. What You’ll Do as an Sunflower Elevator Operator:- Assist with operating and maintaining production line equipment
- Support daily production schedules and step in during Operator II absences when needed
- Load and unload tandem trucks and monitor grain storage and bin status
- Bag 25–50 lb. sunflower product continuously
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Complete required production and safety paperwork accurately
- Maintain high sanitation, food safety, and GMP standards
What You Need to Bring to the Sunflower Elevator Operator Role:- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in dusty or non-climate-controlled environments
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Forklift and tandem truck experience a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
