Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturday scheduling as needed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Super Move Coordinator to support and oversee Customer Care Coordinators while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role includes training staff, assisting with scheduling, and helping resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.
Duties
- Train new Customer Care Coordinators and provide ongoing guidance and support
- Assist with staff scheduling, including occasional Saturday coverage, and fill in for coordinators as needed
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service quality
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the military move process and company systems
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
