Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the daily operations by resolving systematic problems in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Works with key system users to help improve system performance. Provides expertise in packaging processes and supports full systems testing and system change efforts to solve critical production issues. Will support management in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and will ensure that a transfer of knowledge and skills to management and packaging support operations.
Responsible for the internal support and ensuring the optimal functionality of the West Henrietta packaging operations.
