Lead a highly visible $100M community-focused project.
Our client is a well-established, employee-owned commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout Southern California. Lead day-to-day field operations for a $100M civic/park project. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel. Manage project schedule, sequencing and site logistics. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity. Coordinate with Project Management, ownership, architects and consultants. Review plans, specifications and project documentation. Lead project meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project leadership. Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications and company standards.

7-12+ years of commercial construction experience. Proven experience as a Superintendent on complex commercial projects. Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination and site logistics. Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with owners, architects, consultants and internal project teams. A well-rounded commercial construction background is strongly preferred. Civic, public works, education, hospitality, recreation or similar project experience is a plus. Ground-up construction experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Base salary up to $175k depending on experience. ESOP. Vehicle allowance. 3 weeks PTO. 401k with match.
