Superintendent | 151-Unit & 168-Unit Multifamily | $10K Sign-On

We are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead all onsite construction operations for major multifamily developments in Connecticut. You'll have full responsibility for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and successful project delivery.

Description

• Manage all day-to-day field operations
• Lead subcontractor coordination and workforce planning
• Drive project schedules and production goals
• Maintain exceptional safety standards on-site
• Conduct quality control reviews and inspections
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and project teams
• Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
• Deliver projects safely, on budget, and on schedule

Profile

• 7-10+ years of superintendent experience
• Must have extensive large-scale multifamily construction experience
• Strong background in wood-frame and podium construction preferred
• Experience leading complex ground-up developments
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, and construction technology platforms
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Job Offer

• Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
