JOB DESCRIPTION
FLSA Classification: Exempt Reports to: Senior Superintendent Review Date: January 27, 2025 Salary Range: $76,956 - $115,434
Summary Objective To oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million. Be responsible for onsite coordination, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and adhering to budgetary guidelines. Be a result-oriented leader, enforcing safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings. May operate in the areas of Quality Control and Site Safety Health Officer.
Essential Functions

Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post-project documentation.
Perform all project start-up and close-out activities as described in the Procedures Manual.
Responsible for Project Site Utilization Plan and documentation as required per specifications and on-site existing condition.
Responsible for scheduling, sequencing, and phasing of construction activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and the project Subcontractors.
Responsible for ordering and scheduling delivery and pick-up of any equipment and/or material required by General Contractor.
Perform the required project line and grade layout responsibilities.
Thoroughly understand, organize, and maintain all project contract documents, including contract drawings and specifications, on a regular basis.
Prepare and distribute all field-related project administrative documents.
Implement and enforce all required SYNCON on-site Quality Control procedures.
Responsible as project SSHO, implement and enforce all required SYNCON on-site Safety procedures. Hold weekly Safety Toolbox Talk meetings with staff and subcontractors.
Assist other Superintendents as required.
Perform quality and safety inspections to comply with contract and regulatory requirements.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent 8 more years of experience as a superintendent
