Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any project-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
