Description

The Superintendent - $45M Ground Up Project will:

• Manage day-to-day on-site activities for the $45M ground-up project in Durham, NH.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team to ensure timely progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - $45M Ground Up Project should have:

• 5-10 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Experience managing projects valued at $40M+
• Background in healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country clubs, or similarly complex projects
• Experience leading high-end or highly customized construction projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
