Job Description
The Superintendent - $45M Ground Up Project will:
- Manage day-to-day on-site activities for the $45M ground-up project in Durham, NH.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team to ensure timely progress.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - $45M Ground Up Project should have:
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects valued at $40M+
- Background in healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country clubs, or similarly complex projects
- Experience leading high-end or highly customized construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
