Description

• Oversee daily field operations from project kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
• Manage site logistics, inspections, and project documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to maintain progress
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contract requirements

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.* Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
• Background in aviation, industrial, municipal, federal, or healthcare projects preferred
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and reporting requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Offer

• Base salary between USD 110.000 and USD 130.000.
