Superintendent - AHCA, healthcare, commercial

An established commercial contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. The ideal candidate will bring strong AHCA experience and a proven track record delivering both ground-up and interior renovation healthcare projects.

Description

* Lead all field operations on healthcare construction projects
* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
* Coordinate project schedules and daily construction activities
* Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to track progress and reporting
* Ensure AHCA compliance and successful project delivery

Profile

* Minimum 7 years of Superintendent experience on healthcare projects
* AHCA experience required
* Ground-up and tenant improvement healthcare project experience required
* Strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
* Proven ability to lead field teams and maintain project schedules

Job Offer

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 + Bonus
* Annual bonus opportunity up to 15%
