The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role is based in Albuquerque and focuses on managing day-to-day activities on-site while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Oversee the procurement and management of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
