Description
Responsibilities (Level Dependent)
- Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and look-ahead schedules
Profile

- Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a general contractor
- Background in commercial, institutional, or multifamily construction
