Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionOversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects from start to completion. Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and OSHA requirements. Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and workmanship. Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets, RFIs, change orders, and project reporting. Lead site meetings, inspections, and coordination efforts with stakeholders. Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project flow. Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and logs. Proven track record managing multifamily construction projects (wood-frame, podium, or similar preferred). Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Demonstrated leadership ability managing multiple subcontractors and trades. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver. Strong communication skills-able to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners. Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus. Local or regional experience in the Lehigh Valley/Eastern PA market preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience). Performance-based bonuses.
