Superintendent and Senior Superintendent

A top general contractor is rapidly expanding its team and looking to hire both a Superintendent and Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects $50M+. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination
Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with a Commercial/Industrial General Contractor
Hands-on field experience and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed (but not a road warrior role)
