Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain oversight of project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and changes to all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Conduct regular meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
• Oversee and enforce quality standards for construction work, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques to ensure the successful execution of the project.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications include:

• Degree preferred but not required
• 5-10 years of construction industry experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a Superintendent role managing commercial construction projects valued from $30M to $250M
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and with strong client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling, quality control, and project execution
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, Primavera P6, and BIM
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience with preconstruction, client-facing pursuits, and mentoring project teams is a plus
