Job Description
Key responsibilities include: - Managing daytoday site operations for retail rollout and renovation projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
- Driving schedule adherence on fasttrack projects with minimal disruption to live environments
- Enforcing safety standards and quality control on every site
- Acting as the primary onsite representative with clients and field teams
- Traveling throughout the Southeast to support repeat projects as needed
- Contributing to a collaborative, nononsense team culture focused on longterm success

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent - Retail Rollouts, we are seeking: - Proven superintendent experience on retail, bigbox, or rolloutstyle projects
- Prior experience working in live environments or occupied retail spaces
- Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
- Willingness to travel regionally across the Southeast
- Handson, accountable leadership style with clear communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastmoving, lean, and highly organized operation
- Experience with national retail clients or repeatprogram work is highly desirable
