Commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a hands-on project superintendent with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Run day-to-day operations on the construction site and control short-term schedule
• Manage and motivate work crew
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors
• Communicate site rules and safety procedures
• Be able to schedule and multitask
• Attend progress meetings
• Maintain daily detailed paperwork

Capital City Construction, Inc. was founded in 1986 in Bismarck ND and incorporated in1987. The home office staff consists of four estimators/project managers, a field manager, an accounting manager, a payroll/human resources manager, an accounting clerk, and an administrative assistant. Field operations are directed by one of fifteen superintendents. They are supported by the carpenter shop, mechanic shop, and 100 to 150 employees.
As our main area of business, we offer general contracting, commercial construction, and construction management. We have the ability to perform design-build construction. And as an authorized Varco-Pruden Building dealer, we also offer pre-engineered metal building construction.
