We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations and manage field teams on-site. This role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate all aspects of daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and field activities
- Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors

Requirements
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA compliance
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
