Our client is a well-established Boston-area general contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality construction throughout New England. Their portfolio spans multifamily and luxury residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and complex renovation projects.

They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Job Details

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Manage subcontractor buyout and contract execution
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Lead OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs, schedule, quality, and overall performance
• Identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Assist with preconstruction, estimating, and project planning as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard
