Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects
Direct daily field operations including steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, and earthwork
Oversee rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and related site activities to ensure safe, efficient progress
Coordinate work sequencing, quality control, and schedule adherence on active job sites
Manage out-of-town and remote assignments throughout Vermont as needed
Maintain compliance with safety standards and project requirements while mentoring crew members

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in bridge and heavy civil construction
Advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork
Valid driver’s license required
CDL preferred
Experience with railroad bridges, welding, operating equipment, and drilling is a plus
