Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily operations for commercial construction projects. In this role, you will:

Manage site activities and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise foremen and trade personnel, ensuring work meets high standards of safety and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve onsite challenges.
Oversee documentation, subcontractor work, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Report progress and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
