Supervise and mentor foremen, crew leaders, and field employees. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor production, quality, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations to ensure project success. Review schedules and proactively adjust resources as project demands change. Monitor labor productivity and job costs. Ensure accurate daily reporting through MobiWork. Identify opportunities to improve field operations, efficiencies, and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead by example and promote a positive, accountable team culture.Qualifications 5+ years of construction leadership experience, preferably in civil construction, erosion control, excavation, or related industries. Proven experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Working knowledge of SWPPP and erosion control practices is preferred. Experience using construction management software (MobiWork experience is a plus). Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
