SuperintendentEnvironmental Protection Services (EPS)Location: Carson City/Sparks, NV (Travel Throughout Northern Nevada Required)Lead the Field. Build the Team. Deliver Excellence.Environmental Protection Services (EPS) is seeking an experienced Superintendent tooversee field operations across multiple projects throughout Northern Nevada. This is aleadership role responsible for managing crews, ensuring projects are completed safely,on schedule, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, caneffectively manage multiple crews, and is passionate about developing employees whiledriving operational excellence.About EPSEPS is a leading provider of: Erosion Control SWPPP BMP Installation & Maintenance Street Sweeping Hydroseeding Excavation Support Emergency Response ServicesWe take pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.Primary Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations for multiple active projects. Supervise and mentor foremen, crew leaders, and field employees. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor production, quality, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations to ensure project success. Review schedules and proactively adjust resources as project demands change. Monitor labor productivity and job costs. Ensure accurate daily reporting through MobiWork. Identify opportunities to improve field operations, efficiencies, and profitability. Maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead by example and promote a positive, accountable team culture.Qualifications 5+ years of construction leadership experience, preferably in civil construction, erosion control, excavation, or related industries. Proven experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Working knowledge of SWPPP and erosion control practices is preferred. Experience using construction management software (MobiWork experience is a plus). Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
