Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Oversee project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety programs, quality control, and daily field operations. Manage healthcare construction projects including renovations and ground-up facilities ranging from approximately $10M to $50M. Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and design partners throughout the construction process. Drive project execution while maintaining budget, schedule, and safety objectives. Coordinate inspections, project documentation, and turnover activities. Foster strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders to support continued repeat business. Mentor field personnel and promote a positive team-focused jobsite culture.
The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications: Experience serving as the lead Superintendent on construction projects. Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish. Strong background in commercial construction field operations. Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control. Stable career history with a track record of strong tenure.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare construction experience. Experience with MRI suites or other specialized medical facility projects. Experience on both ground-up and renovation projects. Familiarity with collaborative delivery models such as design-build or similar project delivery approaches.
