An established commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent with strong commercial interiors and retail experience in the Charlotte market. This role offers direct access to ownership, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to lead projects ranging from $300K to $5M.

Description

  • Supervise all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage daily operations, including workforce allocation and resource planning.
  • Inspect work progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Charlotte Commercial Interiors should have:

  • Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in commercial interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and technical documents.
