Job Description
- Manage all aspects of interior construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project budgets and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Charlotte Interiors Construction should have:
- Experience in managing interior construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
